We strive to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs, including cash, checks, debit cards and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients by participating in most dental PPO insurance plans. We are happy to work with you and your insurance, however, our treatment recommendations are determined by your oral health needs, not by your insurance policy. Our doctor and staff feel strongly that the recommended dental procedures you choose will be one of the most valuable financial investments you can ever make. For all patients being seen for an initial examination and for dental work, our financial coordinators will work with you to maximize your insurance benefits. In order to assist you with your dental health investment, our financial policy is outlined below.

All payments are due at time of service. We will only collect the estimated patient share at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash, or check and offer third party financing through CareCredit. Fees for services rendered are the responsibility of the patient or responsible party, regardless of insurance coverage or benefits. We do not offer any in house financing plans.

If we know there is an open/outstanding claim, both our office staff and the patient should work with the insurance company to determine what is needed for processing and when it will be completed. If you have a secondary insurance, we will file the secondary claim for you, but your co-pay share will be based solely on the primary insurance dental plan. We understand that insurance and financial considerations are not only very important, but can also be confusing. Please feel free to call with any questions.

Insurance Policies

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service.

As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

We are in network with most major insurance plans, including, but not limited to the common plans shown below. If your plan isn’t listed below, give us a call, and there’s a good chance we are in network with that plan as well.

No insurance? No problem.

The Grace Dental Membership Plan is designed for those without insurance. It offers a year of comprehensive oral health services, including professional cleanings, exams, fluoride treatments, and routine X-rays, all at no additional cost. Treatment Planning

If you feel you have a bigger issue than just needing a cleaning or oral exam and you would like a treatment consultation, please contact our office here, and one of our Patient Service Advocates can contact you to schedule an appointment.

For treatment plans over $2,000 we will collect co-pays two weeks prior to appointment. This will confirm the patient’s interest in keeping their scheduled appointment and it will also allow our office to reserve the correct equipment, supplies, staff, and doctor’s time for the procedures.

Financing Through CareCredit ®

Don’t let finances stand in your way of achieving the beautiful, healthy smile you deserve! We are pleased to offer third-party financing options through CareCredit with a $0 down payment and low monthly payments to make your treatment more affordable. This flexible payment option, for which you need to be approved through Care Credit, allows you to pay for your treatment over a period of time so you can focus on what matters most – keeping your smile healthy!

CareCredit is a separate company which offers a line of credit specifically for health and wellness expenses. This company requires an application and approval process which must be handled by the patient. All interest rates are handled and communicated directly between the account holder and lending company. Financing through CareCredit allows you to enter into a payment plan, often with no interest for a set period of time.
