For any open/outstanding claims, both our office staff and the patient should work with the insurance company to determine what is needed and when processing will be complete. We will file secondary claim for you if applicable, but your co-pay share will be based solely on the primary insurance dental plan.

CareCredit offers a line of credit specifically for health and wellness expenses. It requires an application and approval process which must be completed by the patient. All interest rates are handled and communicated directly between the account holder and lending company. Financing through CareCredit allows you to enter into a payment plan, often with no interest for a set period of time.

We welcome everyone to receive the care they need at an affordable price with individualized treatment plans. If you believe you may need more than just a routine cleaning or oral exam and would like a treatment consultation, please call or email us. One of our Patient Service Advocates will be happy to contact you and schedule an appointment.
For treatment plans over $2,000, co-pays must be collected two weeks prior to appointment to confirm the reservations and allow our office to allocate necessary equipment, staff, and doctor's time.
All payments are due at time of service. We will only collect the estimated patient share. We accept all major credit cards, cash, or check and offer third party financing through CareCredit. Fees for services rendered are the responsibility of the patient or responsible party, regardless of insurance coverage or benefits.
